How it works
Give your beautiful pieces a new chapter. Share your items with SoLily and we'll handle the rest.
Email or WhatsApp us clear photos of the items you'd like to sell.
We'll carefully review your submission and select the pieces that best fit our collection. If your items are accepted, we'll contact you with our commission offer for each piece.
If you're happy with the proposed commission, simply send us your items. We'll photograph, style, and feature them on our website, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and at our Playa del Carmen Pop-Up. Once it sells, we'll transfer your agreed commission.
Items are showcased for 45 days.
If an item remains unsold after 45 days, its price will be reduced by 20% to encourage a successful sale.
If the item remains unsold after the -20% discount for a further 30 days, you may arrange its return or choose to donate it through one of our trusted local charity partners.
We accept only pieces in excellent and very good condition that align with our aesthetic and quality standards.
